what we do

July 18th, 2010

we believe that good food starts with good people:

we source our produce, eggs & breads from Jackson County, and our meats, cheeses & dairy from the Western North Carolina region whenever possible.

we believe that the best flavor comes from pure products:

we source all our foods from ethical companies that create products without

chemicals, hormones or preservatives.

we believe in the power of community:

we support local farmers, brewers, artists, musicians, growers, non-profits, conservationists, craftsmen, and other small businesses, and we employ talented, enthusiastic people who have even more to offer you than simple outstanding service.

thank you for helping us to do what we believe in…

by making the choice to live free & eat well
